#Movement and #mindfulness - two topics that play a large role in my life.
I love working out; either pushing myself to the next weights-level in the gym or indoor-cycling or even trying out a crossfit competition - because why not?!
And in recent years I have also put a lot of effort into becoming more mindful and calming my mind down when I realised the hardest part in a yoga class was lying still the last couple of minutes. Combining the two topics and doing a #yogateachertraining seemed like the logical next step.
During the teacher training I started having a clear feeling that
🧘🏻♀️ I actually wanted to teach classes and help others become more mindful through these classes
🧘🏻♀️ I wanted to show that everybody can do yoga and can profit from it
🧘🏻♀️ And also, that yoga can be really hard - physically and mentally; but so worth it!
So, for weeks I have been working on my #vision, on my #webpage, on my #contentplan and not finding any further reasons to push the day outward, today is launch-day: flow with tanii 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲! 😍 OMG! 😱
In the future, I will be offering online classes and private sessions for vinyasa and yin yoga as well as meditation guidance. And starting in the new year I will also expand that offering to pre- & postnatal yoga as well as live classes.
I'm super super excited and looking forward to sharing my learnings on launching and founding along the way. Tips always welcome of course :)
