Welcome to flow with tanii
My name is Tanja and I first began teaching yoga and meditation in 2023, eager to share the beauty of this technique with others and show that yoga is for everybody. Based in the Zurich area, my intention as a professional yoga and meditation instructor is to help my clients listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone.
Just like playing an instrument, yoga and meditation teach you to be present in the moment. I want my students to experience the joy that this practice gives to me.

My Classes
Designed for You
Meditation Class
Start your week mindfully by joining the Meditation Monday class. This 15 minute guided meditation practice will teach you different pranayama and meditation techniques to reduce stress and provide inner peace.
This class is taught in English.
Online Class
By bringing yoga directly to you, flow with tanii has created this Online Class to be uniquely tailored to your needs and schedule. My Online Class integrates yoga poses (asanas) and meditation as part of my holistic technique. You can choose from a weekly 'Slow Flow' class or a monthly 'Yin goes Yoga Nidra' class. Online classes are in German and English.
Group Session
This class helps you recover from workouts and stress, reduces muscle soreness, and promotes well-being. It combines gentle movements, stretches, yoga flows and meditation to restore your body and mind. Join us to improve mobility, reduce stress, and find balance. All fitness levels welcome. Postnatal Yoga
Yoga in the postnatal period is all about honouring your post-baby body and calming your mind. This yoga practice is designed to help you get back in shape physically and support you emotionally. Postnatal yoga concentrates on bringing your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles back in shape again.
