I'm Tanja, a Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation teacher based in the Zurich area. Since 2023, I’ve been sharing the transformative power of mindful movement and meditation, showing that these practices are not just for everybody, but for every body.

My mission is to help you connect with your inner self, find courage to step beyond your comfort zone, and embrace the present moment. Through yoga, Pilates, and meditation, we can build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness—tools that support you both on and off the mat.

In addition to weekly classes, I also host retreats that provide the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice, recharge, and find inspiration in a peaceful and supportive environment.

Yoga Class
This class helps you recover from workouts and stress, reduces muscle soreness, and promotes well-being. It combines gentle movements, stretches, yoga flows and meditation to restore your body and mind. Join us to improve mobility, reduce stress, and find balance. All levels welcome. Online Yoga
This is a gentle online yoga class that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. This class is aimed at anyone who wants to take time for relaxation and mindfulness. Through calm flows, gentle stretches and breathing exercises, you will learn to leave your everyday life behind and bring your body and mind into harmony. All you need is a yoga mat and a stable internet connection. Make yourself comfortable and start the week with a soothing feeling of balance.
